A flexible and result-oriented partner

Nordic Backoffice is a stable, secure and high quality backoffice service provider with never-ending pursuit of improvement.

We mostly work with clients from Sweden and Norway and have long-term and good relationships with them.

Employees

Everyone involved in the process – the owner of the company, team leader and staff – is good or fluent in at least one Scandinavian language, and most have lived and worked in Scandinavia.

Our employees are engaged, service-oriented and educated individuals who speak three or four languages. We are proud with high working morale and low emoployee turnover in our company.

Riga

Riga is famous for the Jungend arhitecture and rich cultural life. Some 10,000 Latvians speak one or more Scandinavian languages. Even more people speak German, though the most popular foreign languages in Latvia are English and Russian.

Latvia also boasts a high percentage of residents with a university degree. This is certainly reflected in our customer services and in our employees’ attitude toward our clients.

Job

With Scandinavian language skills for our Norwegian customer with working place in Riga. You will work with daily accounting tasks for our customer in Norway.

Responsibilities: 
Accounts payable, accounts receivable, genelar ledger, fixed assets, travel expenses accounting and other everyday accounting tasks according to Notwegian accounting regulations. 

Personal qualities: 
organized, accurate and focused, ability to learn fast, stress-resistant, selfgoing, motivated and positive person.

Professional requirements: 
university degree in accounting or relevant field, working experience preferably in a Scandinavian environment, good at Norwegian or other Scandinavian language, good computer and typing skills.

Our Riga office is expanding and is looking for Customer service specialist for full or part time employment.

Duties
Your duties will be to take care of incoming calls from Sweden and help our clients to plan their bookings.

Requirements:
You are kind and client-oriented. You have good listening and communication skills. You can quickly find a solution. You are good at Swedish.
